This project provided a geothermal heat pump retrofit of an existing HVAC system at the Operations and Maintenance Building for SCWA. The previous system consisted of various sizes of packaged rooftop gas-electric units.
Project design features:
100% geothermal heating & cooling.
Removed all natural gas use from the site (reduced carbon footprint).
Specified building control systems for managing and monitoring building system performance.
